We stand behind our work. If we don't deliver the results we promise, you'll receive either a refund or we'll continue working until we achieve agreed upon goals. The specifics are outlined in your service agreement.
This guarantee requires both parties to fulfil their responsibilities as outlined in your agreement.
What We Need From You
To deliver results, we need:
Access to necessary accounts and platforms
Accurate business information
Timely responses and cooperation
Advance notice before making changes that could affect our work
If we can't begin work due to missing access or information, may issue a partial refund to cover our onboarding and operational costs.
Service Terms
Services are provided on flexible terms - monthly, quarterly, or annually as agreed. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@aivresults.com.
We'll process cancellations the same day.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All payments are processed securely.
Refunds
Refunds are handled fairly based on circumstances:

You grant us necessary access to manage your accounts professionally. You remain the owner and can revoke access anytime. We keep credentials secure and only use them for approved work.

Liability
